Swiftpack Australia can now provide a unique full pharmacy service directly to your home. Pharmacists will manage the whole process for you, this includes dispensing your prescriptions, preparing Dose Administration Aids (DAA), contacting your doctor, and following up new prescriptions prior to your last repeat running out with your medical centre.
Our prescription management systems allow Elements Healthcare to handle your entire medication needs, leaving you with one less thing to worry about. Once a registered patient, you will be assigned a dedicated prescription manager who will liaise with you regarding your medication.
Your medication can be provided in a number ways;
- sachet doses in a fortnightly roll,
- or in the original manufacturer bottle/container.
We will allow you to make changes easily before delivery of your fortnightly medicines.
We guarantee that you’ll receive the right medications, on time, every time. If we are ever responsible for any mistake in your Medicine Pack we will fully refund the cost of the medications in the shipment.
In most cases, your medicine costs will stay the same as it is at your local retail pharmacy for an approx. 30-day supply.
